Rossetti

Dante Gabriel Rossetti, poet, designer, writer, poet and artist, was born in London in 1828. When his woodblock supplier sent him blocks (for him to sculpt) that were slightly shorter than he had ordered, and had the temerity to add that it was only a quarter of an inch after all, the artist is said to have exclaimed: "What do you mean ONLY aquarter of an inch!? I can put a whole city in a quarter of an inch!"
